Services and Rate Schedule

	Flat rates include most parts and labor (i.e. no hourly rates).
	Rates do not include special order items including, but not limited to: logic boards, cables, microprocessors, flyback transformers, CRTs and touchscreens. These would generally be called "Beyond Economical Repair" and the actual repair charge would be assessed.
	Special pricing for other tube type displays including iMAC's and Industrial monitors.
	One week turnaround.
	Free pickup and delivery on repaired units.
	90 day warranty on replaced components.

TRANSPORTATION FEES
A $45 charge per monitor will be assessed for monitors picked up and found to have no problems.  If the problem still exists within two weeks of initial bench time, TVC will look at monitor again and credit the fee against the normal rate if problem is detected, if not, another transportation fee will be assessed. The same charges will also apply when TVC delivers a monitor that is deemed "Beyond Economical Repair".

SHIPPING
We will not accept displays that are not shipped in their ORIGINAL factory box. If this is not possible the display MUST be double boxed, with NEW boxes and with at least six inches of foam or Styrofoam pellets between the inner and outer box.

Wherever possible the inner box shall be padded with "Instapak" or equivalent type liquid expandable packaging foam. All displays shipped to TVC using other methods of packaging will be promptly returned, unrepaired.

Your business is the lifeblood of our success and we truly care about you, and your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, we have to enforce this shipping policy because workers at the major shipping companies choose to ignore, cannot read, or cannot understand the meaning of "FRAGILE" "GLASS" or "HANDLE WITH CARE"

EXPEDITING FEES
TVC can service monitors within 48 hours. However, an expediting fee will be added to the normal rate. Expedited service extends only to monitors with customer pickup and delivery. A $30 expediting fee is applied to monitors under 19 inches. A $50 expediting fee is applied to monitors 19 inches and over.

PAYMENT TERMS
NET 30 with approval, otherwise C.O.D.
